Eurasia Networks Group has signed a shareholders' agreement for a JV in the F&B business sector in Uzbekistan with global food and culture company Hankyung Comm.
The signing of the agreement paves the way for the two parties to develop a comprehensive F&B business partnership in Uzbekistan through various initiatives and cooperation, such as launching high-end Korean restaurant and chicken & café franchises.
As the first Korean F&B franchise business in Uzbekistan, it is expected to generate revenues in Uzbekistan, which is a blue ocean for F&B business, and grant opportunities to grow in new markets. It is also expected to become a symbolic business that spreads Korean food culture, which is more than just offering Korean cuisine.
In the meantime, HanKyung Comm. is an outstanding company specializing in the F&B business sector that is currently actively operating 12 franchises, including Yukjundabang, Soul Hanwoo, Samdeok Tongdak, and Paran Manjang.
