On May 28, Mr. Kim Chang Keon, Eurasia Networks board of directors, was appointed as “International Consultant of Incheon Metropolitan City” to promote international exchange cooperation and to increase international urbanization in Incheon Metropolitan City. In 2018, he was also appointed as a Honorary Consul of Embassy of Uzbekistan in Korea for his ongoing contributions and his significant role in the development of various spheres such as economy, education and culture for both countries: Korea and Uzbekistan.
During the ceremony, MOU was also concluded in terms of friendly cooperation between Incheon City and Fergana Region. The Governor of Fergana Region, Mr. Shukhrat Ganiev took part in the ceremony to congratulate Kim Chang Keon on his appointment and to ask him to conduct his further contributions to the development through continuous exchanges for the two countries.
