Eurasia Networks Group (Chairman Kim Chang Keon) acted as the official sponsor of the events dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Uzbekistan and the 85th anniversary of the settlement of Koreans in Uzbekistan, which will be held on November 26 in Tashkent.
This year is significant in that it marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and Uzbekistan and the 85th anniversary of the settlement of Koreans in Uzbekistan. To commemorate this day, the Korean Association (President and Senator Victor Pak) will hold a large-scale festival event at the Friendship Hall of the National Palace in Tashkent. About 180,000 local Koreans live in Uzbekistan, and more than 4,000 local and foreign guests are invited to host various events.
