
A video
conference was held on the afternoon of October 7 with representatives
from the Ministry of Preschool Education and the representative of EduLink
Global Jung-rim Han, Director Jang-won Lee, Director Cheol-hee
Lee, Chairman, Mr. Chang Keon Kim (Edward Kim), and councilors from the Republic of
Uzbekistan Embassy to the Republic of Korea. The video conference was held to
discuss the "Sboard" project, which was launched on September 1 in
time for the 30th anniversary of Uzbekistan's Independence Day.
During the
conference, the two sides discussed the current situation as of a month after
the grand opening of the "Sboard" project on Sept.1, and improvements
for secondary development, requests, and consultations. Both sides are trying
to develop and pursue these aspects.
First of all, it
was said that the ongoing establishment of an additional website by EduLink
Global that will
greatly contribute to information sharing and CS. During the conference,
the importance of combining two factors was emphasized for successful
promotion in 11 schools where the project has currently been distributed and
remaining active during the test period.
It was also
requested to deliver announcements from the Ministry of Preschool Education
only through the "S-board," and to deliver and share feedback from
the Ministry of Education, parents, and students. In addition, there was a
heated discussion between the two sides on the progress of the app usage and
factors to be improved.

emphasized that they will actively collect and revise the feedback received by
the Ministry of Preschool Education, form a TFT team, and closely discuss and
share work development with officials from the Ministry of Education.
At the end of
the conference, Mr. Edward Kim added that he will continue to
pay attention and support this project along with the confidence that this
project will be an opportunity to contribute greatly to Uzbekistan's education.
Meanwhile,
"Sboard" is expected to be actively operated for more than 5 million
members (Ministry of Education, public officials, teachers, parents, etc.)
within the first half of 2022 when the second development would be completed
through the ongoing test period.
